Law Journals and Research Publications

Research constitutes a major activity of the NLSIU and publication of research helps legal scholarship within the NLSIU as well as outside. The NLSIU brings out four journals; one National Law School Journal - an annual publication which carries research articles, case comments, book reviews etc. The second Journal 'March of the Law' is a regular restatement of current law gathered from developments in statutory and decisional law. This is also an annual publication.

'Law and Medicine' the third publication, is also an annual number, concentrating on issues emanating from the interface of Law and Medicine. The fourth Journal 'Gender Justice Reporter' is an annual publication focusing on gender issues.

Bright and hard working students are selected for participating in research and editorial work on the basis of their academic performance, inclination for legal research and writing and proven editorial and language abilities.
