Justice Krishna Iyer Lecture 2004 - Mr. K.K. Venugopal, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and one of Leading Constitutional Lawyer of India delivered Justice Krishna Iyer Lecture 2004 on 31th January 2004 at Mini Auditorium. Justice Krishna Iyer graced the occasion with his presence in spite of his old age and ill health.
