About the Course
The Diploma course in ADR is designed to provide an over view of the emerging techniques of Alterntive Dispute Resolution. The course will provide an analysis of dispute settlement techniques with a special emphasis on the areas of commercial, construction, rural, labour, marital and family disputes. The Methodology of the course anticipates discussion, demonstration, roleplay exercises. In addition to group discussions, class room instruction will rely heavily on simulation and role-play and small group work assignments.
