— Review Committee — Constitution of — Direction in D.C. Aggarwal v. State Bank of India, 1994 Supp (2) SCC 131 to include the Chairman and Managing Director in the Review Committee — Modification of — Respondent SBI submitting that the Chairman and Managing Director being the Appellate Authority, could not act as a member of the Review Committee — Appreciating the stand of SBI, direction given to instead nominate a Managing Director of any other nationalised bank as a Chairman/member of the Review Committee — After ascertaining the views of the parties, Supreme Court nominating two other Deputy Managing Directors for being included in the said Committee — Parties barred from challenging the constitution of the Committee as directed herein, in any future proceedings, (2006) 5 SCC 166
