— Reinstatement — Compensation instead of reinstatement — When warranted — Appointment on temporary and contractual basis with right to terminate without notice — Appellant employer making proposal to give lump sum compensation of Rs 30,000 in lieu of reinstatement before High Court — Though on facts found that case fell under S. 2(oo)(bb), held, since that offer itself was made by appellant, interest of justice shall be met if said sum is paid to respondent, (2006) 6 SCC 516-B
