— By way of punishment — For misconduct of not disclosing in attestation form about first marriage and later performing second marriage during subsistence of the first marriage — Held, not disproportionate as the punishment of compulsory retirement was awarded by Appellate Authority reducing the punishment of removal awarded by disciplinary authority — Punishment being not shocking to the conscience of the court interference therewith not called for — High Court erred in sending the matter to Appellate Authority for reconsideration with regard to quantum of punishment, (2006) 6 SCC 794-B
